Comprehensive interior renovation focused on preserving the home's original character while introducing refined contemporary finishes. Scope included sandblasting and refinishing the existing exposed timber ceiling structure, installation of new wide-plank white oak flooring throughout, and reconstruction of the fireplace surround with a simplified plaster finish. Additional work included wall refinishing, updated lighting, trim restoration, and finish carpentry to create a warm, cohesive living space that highlights the home's architectural framework and natural materials.
