VV - PHASE III
This renovation transformed an outdated portion of the home into a sophisticated secondary living area designed for relaxation, entertaining, and everyday use. The project introduced a custom lounge space anchored by a built-in fireplace, integrated millwork, and a curated palette of natural materials, creating a warm and intimate atmosphere distinct from the primary living spaces. Adjacent to the seating area, a compact custom bar was incorporated to support entertaining while maximizing functionality within a limited footprint. Construction included selective demolition, new framing and finishes, custom cabinetry fabrication, lighting upgrades, and detailed finish coordination, resulting in a cohesive space that balances comfort, durability, and refined residential design.
